I help potential buyers find properties that fit their lifestyle and their budget, and show potential sellers how to get the most out of their listings. I constantly stay on top of sales trends, changing laws, and regulatory guidelines so my clients can be assured that nothing falls through the cracks. I learned from my mother, a successful Real Estate Broker, the importance of drive, ongoing education, time management, and overall knowledge of the real estate market. I continue to learn from her everyday and am honoured to learn about the market and her tips and tricks collected over the past 30 years. We compliment each other well and together offer our clients a dynamic duo. My father as a financial advisor/entrepreneur has thought me the importance of being a good listener, honest, approachable, and delivering on my clients needs. Through my parents influence I was able to purchase my first home at the age of 24 and I started on my path to helping many families with the purchase and sale of their homes since. I have a good relationship with all of my past clients and many of them have turned into great friends. My goal is not just buying or selling a property; each transaction brings unique clients and situations. I am able to adapt to each unique transaction and counsel my clients. Every day I am excited about the opportunity to deliver on my passion of properties and people and being a bit of a matchmaker of the two.
